World Glaucoma Week 2016

This week is World Glaucoma Week and we thought we would bring to peoples attention the importance of regular eye examinations especially if you or anyone in your immediate family has Glaucoma.

Attending regular eye appointments will help to ensure any signs of glaucoma can be detected early and allow treatment to begin.

You are entitled to a free NHS eye test if you suffer from glaucoma itself or you are over 40 years old and have a first-degree relative (mother, father, sister or brother) with glaucoma.
