Find Us from Holmes Chapel

Follow the main A50 south out of Holmes Chapel. After 2.2 miles turn right onto the A5022 Holmes Chapel Road. In 1.4 miles turn right again onto old Mill Road (A534). In 0.8 of a mile, after crossing the M6, turn right onto Congleton Road. Follow this road round for 0.8 of a mile to the left till you reach a roundabout, where you take the third exit to stay on Congleton Road. You will shortly reach another roundabout where you take the second exit on to Hightown and pass Costa Coffee on your right. Very soon you reach a large round about where you will see our practice opposite. Take the second exit at this roundabout and then immediately first right into Middlewich Road where you will find free on street parking.
